On April 15, the Faculty of Physical Culture took part in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference of young scientists with international participation “Topical issues of physical education of youth and student sports” with I.A. Bunin Yelets State University (Yelets, Russia).
Welcoming words were addressed to the participants by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of I.A. Bunin YSU, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Galina Popova; First Vice-President of the Russian Student Sports Union, Chairman of the Expert Council of the Russian Student Sports Union, Adviser to the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Roman Olkhovsky; Director of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Life Safety of YSU I.A. Bunina, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Oleg Bagryantsev.
This conference presented research on physical culture and sports, as well as life safety.
The Faculty of Physical Culture of our university was represented by leading young scientists. Their scientific results were presented by: the 4th year student Anna Fedosova (scientific head – Evgeny Osipenko), graduate student of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture Valentina Dubrovskaya (scientific head – Marina Kozhedub), graduate student of the Faculty of Physical Culture Vitaly Usovich (scientific head is Gennady Narskin).
It should be noted that the sphere of sports and entertainment is increasingly focused on online formats. Among the main challenges in the sports industry, a drop in the income of sports organizations, the skipping of an entire season by athletes, as well as the loss of financial benefits and the opportunity to train and compete were noted. The participants discussed current directions and ways of joint research to resolve the existing contradictions in the theory and practice of physical culture.
We wish you further success!
