Visit of scientists from Jiangnan University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology visited Francisk Skorina Gomel State University within the frames of realization of two international agreements with Belarusian Republican Foundation of Fundamental Research “Fundamental research and design of high-sensitive optic sensors based on multilayer microstructures of nano-materials” (research supervisor – doctor of physics and mathematics, docent Sergei Khakhomov) and “Development of two-sided “ideal” absorber of microwaves and THz waves based on metamaterials and metal-polymer polydisperse layers” (research supervisor – doctor of physics and mathematics, professor Igor Semchenko).
Within the course of the meeting guests from China became acquainted with Gomel State University, Confucius Institute, visited International Chinese and Belarusian scientific laboratory for vacuum and plasma technologies and had a sightseeing tour across Gomel.
