March 13, 2019 on the eve of the national holiday - the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, which is annually celebrated on March 15, the Law Faculty will hold a Round Table on current trends and problems of constitutional development of the Republic of Belarus over the past 25 years.
The round table will discuss the historical and legal aspects of constitutional development, the socio-economic basis of the constitutional system, the constitutional legal status of the individual and the problems of ensuring human rights and freedoms, current issues of implementing the principles of judicial power, strengthening the rule of law and the rule of law, as well as legal regulation and improving the activities of public authorities.
Faculty members, practitioners, and anyone interested in constitutional development are invited to participate in the round table.
