In the Republic of Belarus special attention is paid to the greenspace expansion. The head of state of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko mentioned several times that the environmental amenities and improvement are of prime importance in the Year of native land. It is no coincidence that on the eve of the 90th anniversary of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University students and teachers of the Faculty of biology took an active part in planting of trees at the territory of GSU.
By tradition, Rector of the University, deputy of Gomel regional council of deputies Sergei Khakhomov and Vice Rector for education Yury Nikityuk took part in the action.
