A meeting of foreign students with the deputy head of the Department for Citizenship and Migration of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, police Lieutenant Colonel Andrej Smaljuga took place at the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-rector for Educational Work of the University Yury Nikityuk and the head of the Department of International Affairs Alexander Grahotsky.
At the event, the rules of registration, registration of temporary residence, responsibility for violation of the terms of registration and temporary residence, as well as responsibility for providing housing to persons without registration were explained. In addition, the issues of crime prevention and responsibility for violations of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus were discussed. Much attention was paid to the rules of employment in our country.
During the meeting, students were able to get competent answers to their questions.
