Since 1982 has been working at Francisk Skorina Gomel State University: 1993 – 2007 – Head of Department of automated systems of data processing. A. Vasilyev started his working career at Francisk Skorina Gomel State University in 2004 as an engineer on repair and maintenance of buildings. In 2004 A. Vasilyev was appointed as Head of the Department of equipment and material procurement; since 2007 – Vice-rector for administrative and maintenance work.
