n December 27-28, the Republican Olympic Training Center for Athletics hosted the open republican competitions "Christmas Starts", which were attended by the leaders of the Belarusian national team, who performed in sectors and on treadmills.
Students and graduates of the Faculty of Physical Training of GSU adequately represented the team of our region.
Denis Bliznec won the 150m race with a score of 16.62, and became the third in the 60-meter race.
In the pole vault, Maria Khmelnitskaya showed the best result, taking off at 3.85m. Anastasia Stepankova (3.65m) and Dmitry Marfushkin (5.00m) reached the second step of the podium.
