A meeting of foreign students with representatives of law enforcement agencies took place at the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.
Speakers at the event were: senior officer of the Department of Inquiry, Administrative Process and Legal Support of the Department of Operational Investigative Activities of military unit 1242 Alexei Volkov, police Lieutenant Colonel, Senior inspector for special assignments of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Oksana Burenkova, police captain, inspector of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Administration of the Railway district of Gomel Elena Kayeshko. Alexander Grakhotsky, Head of the International Affairs Department, also participated in the informational and preventive conversation.
During the meeting, issues related to the rules of registration, stay of foreign citizens on the territory of Belarus, departure from the country, registration of visas, special employment permits, registration of medical insurance, rules of residence in a hostel, participation in the public life of the university and student events were discussed.
Every student in the hall could ask a question and get a competent answer to it.
