From 4 to 13 June in the capital of Bulgaria was held the European championship in women's Boxing, which was attended by 146 athletes from 33 European countries.
The Republic of Belarus was represented by students of the correspondence faculty and the faculty of physical culture of our University Yana Burim (weight category 51 kg), Galina Bruevich (weight category 57 kg), Antonina Aksenova (weight category 64 kg), Yulia apanasovich (weight category 54 kg) and Victoria Kebikova (weight category 81 kg).
Yana Burim and Victoria Kebikova became bronze medalists of the European championship!
Galina Bruevich, Antonina Aksenova and Julia Apanasovich become fifth by the end of the competition. Thanks to the work done by Yana Burim, Galina Bruyevich and Antonina Aksenova, they fulfilled the standard of the master of sports of international class.
Our girls, having carried out fascinating duels, showed excellent Boxing. We wish them further success!
