Cooperation of Belarus and Turkey is an example of friendly, productive and mutually beneficial dialogue. Our University is no exception.
On February 3, 2020 a graduate of the Faculty of Philology Gunnar Fatih Mucahit visited Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. Meeting with Igor Semchenko, Vice Rector for academic affairs was devoted to discussion of establishment of the Center for Turkish language and culture studies at Gomel State University. Establishment of this Center equipped with computers and methodological and fiction literature will facilitate Turkish language studies and promote introduction to culture and traditions of Turkey among GSU students and teachers, pupils of Gomel and Gomel region and tourism employees.
