A working visit of a delegation of 5 institutions of higher education of Belarus to the People's Republic of China is taking place from May 19 to 26. The delegation includes Rector of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Sergei Khakhomov and Head of the International Affairs Office Alexander Grakhotsky.
The program of the visit includes a visit to 6 educational institutions in China (in the cities of Chengdu, Ziyang, Guiyang, Nanjing, Beijing). Representatives of Belarusian higher education institutions hold meetings with the leadership and students of Chinese colleges and universities. Presentations of the Belarusian education system are held at the meetings, promising areas of cooperation and the possibility of sending Chinese students to study in Belarus are discussed. This visit was organized within the framework of cooperation between Belarusian universities and the Chinese educational company Hope Education Group.
