Chinese industrial companies Wuxi Qiantai New Material Technology and Нwabon Рrecision Steel Tube are interested in cooperation with the researchers of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. Opportunities and horizons of joint work have been discussed during the visit of the delegation of GSU to Wuxi.
In October, GSU and Wuxi Qiantai New Material Technology Company signed a protocol for scientific cooperation in order to establish Belarusian-Chinese research and development center in Wuxi aiming at elaboration of new types of equipment and technologies of application of hardening coatings to engineering details.
It is planned to establish a specialized scientific laboratory in China, where the main work will take place. International laboratories for vacuum-plasma technologies, which function today at Francisk Skorina Gomel State University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology, will join the research work.
This visit to China resulted in negotiations concerning cooperation with Нwabon Рrecision Steel Tube Company specializing in production of high-precision tubes of cold-tensioned steel for machine building and engineering sectors, textile industry, etc.
Representatives of GSU paid a visit to Nanjing University of science and technologies and the Institute of optics and electronics and the Department of electronic engineering.
