Meeting of the students from Shanghai Industry and Commerce Foreign Language College with Rector of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Doctor of physics and mathematics, docent Sergei Khakhomov was held on January 30, 2019. The students will receive training at GSU with a specialization in “Russian philology” and get Bachelor diploma in two years.
Cooperation with Gomel State University and Shanghai Industry and Commerce Foreign Language College was established long ago. An official opening ceremony of the branch of Gomel State University – Gomel Institute – was held at Shanghai College on December 8, 2017. A branch-off was established within the frames of Cooperation Agreement between GSU and SICFL on joint training of the specialists, signed in December 2015.
The meeting was attended by Dean of the Faculty of philology, candidate of philological sciences, docent Elena Poluyan, Head of the Department of Russian, general and Slavic linguistics Vladimir Koval, professor of the Department of Russian, general and Slavic linguistics Elena Nichiporchik, assistant professor of the Department of Russian, general and Slavic linguistics Svetlana Boykova.
