On July 15, the participants of the regional essay competition "The Spring of Salvation" were awarded. According to the results of the competition, Dmitry Bogdanovich took the 1st place in the category "Tales of the Older Generation about Springs" in the older age category. Anastasia Lushchaeva took the 2nd place in the category "Best Environmental Military History". The organizers of the competition - the Gomel Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the Regional Public Association “Gomel Association of Children and Youth” (LLC “GADM“ ASDEMO ”) - thank the university for its interest in the competition and care for the environment!
The main goal of the competition is to educate young people to respect natural resources, in particular water resources, to save and conserve them. The key idea of the competition is in patriotic education through an appeal to the memories of participants of the Great Patriotic War and people who survived the hardships of the war associated with the saving power of water.
