On November 19, the Faculty of Physical Culture of the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University took part in a round table on the topic: "Modern problems of the development of physical culture, sports and tourism in the youth environment". The event was organized by the National Research Tomsk State University (Tomsk, Russia), and was held online.
The round table was opened by Ljudmila Lubysheva, a leading scientist of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, editor-in-chief of the Scopus journal "Theory and Practice of Physical Culture".
The purpose of the round table is to analyze the problems of the development of physical culture, sports, tourism in the youth environment, to identify the features of the training of physical culture and sports personnel, taking into account modern trends in the development of sports science.
The speakers from the Russian Federation were venerable scientists of the field of physical culture: Irina Manzhelej (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Tyumen State University, Tyumen)) - "Project physical culture and sports activity of students"; Zhanna Safonova (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Omsk State Technical University, Omsk)) - "Assessment of the content of physical education of students in the context of mastering the requirements of modern educational standards"; Leonid Dvorkin (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Krasnodar)) - "Physical training of female students of a specialized university based on strength fitness"; Nikolaj Astaf'ev (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Tyumen Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Tyumen)) - "Assessment of the knowledge of the rules of shooting and the ability to apply them in young biathletes"; Natalia Dvorkina (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Krasnodar)) - "The effectiveness of interval training in the process of physical education of middle school students"; Olga Lomakina (Association of Student Sports Clubs of Russia, Moscow) – "Student sports clubs as a tool for the development of student sports in the Russian Federation"; Tat'jana Kravchuk (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports, Omsk)) - "Modern aspects of personnel training in the field of physical culture and sports, taking into account trends in the development of the industry"; Vitaly Pritikin (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor (Omsk State University named after F. From the Belarusian side, the Faculty of Physical Training of the F. Skorina Gomel State University took an active part, as well as students, undergraduates and postgraduates. Many interesting questions were asked; graduate students had the opportunity to exchange contacts with foreign scientists, discuss issues of organizing and conducting joint research.
It is worth noting that the round table turned out to be excessively relevant and informative for teachers engaged in professional training of specialists in the areas of "Physical rehabilitation" and "Therapeutic physical culture".
We would like to believe that the issues of physical rehabilitation and social adaptation of children and youth with disabilities will continue to receive close attention around the world, not only from the government, but also from society.
