Winter has pleased us with an invigorating frost and sparkling snow. A wonderful festive atmosphere prevailed at the Gomel Ski Run-2022 on Saturday, January 22.
The participants of the city holiday, who competed in ski races, were pupils of secondary schools, students of colleges and students of universities of Gomel.
Among fans of winter sports, students of the Faculty of Physical Culture of our university showed high results in competitions.
Vladislav Pasko (ФК-11) took the second place in the ski race among students and students at a distance of 1000 meters, Ilja Vereshhakotook the third place and Pavel Kravchenko (ФКЗ-31) took the fourth place.
Alina Shchuchenko (СПД-23) took the second place in the 500 m distance among girls, Alina Akulova (ФК-21) became the third.
The team of our university was prepared for the ski race by senior lecturer of the Department of Sports Disciplines Aleksandr Prichinich, lecturer of the Department Vladimir Vasekin and lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Dmitrij Kovalev.
Congratulations to our strongest skiers! Keep it up!
