The results of the week “Inter-GSU!” were summed up in the concert hall of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. It turned out to be full of bright events, which were attended not only by foreign students of our university, but also by other universities in the region.
A large number of spectators came to watch the performance at the gala concert. Traditionally, the vice-rector for Educational Work, Yu.V. Nikityuk, spoke with words of greeting. Yu.V. Nikityuk told about the events that took place, and also presented awards and thanks to students who succeeded both in the educational and in the educational process.
A trio of students from Turkmenistan opened the concert program by reading G.Buravkin's poem “Vedaju”. Turkmen students performed an expressive dance "LalezAr". A storm of applause was caused by the duet of vocalist Daniel Aido accompanied by Mwamba Eliezer. Their energy has no equal and they easily conveyed their sense of confidence and emotionality to the entire auditorium. The poem and the song from the Chinese students sounded contrasting and bright, not without a colorful zest and melody. Feelings of delight and anxiety were caused by an acrobatic sketch performed without insurance. In the further program of the performance there were many poems and vocal performances.
All participants of the international week were awarded with awards and commendations. The athletes were awarded gold medals and a cup, and the participants of the Russian language Olympiads received well-deserved diplomas and memorable gifts.
The final note of the concert program was the song in Belarusian "Kutochak of Belarus" performed by Emilia Epikhina.
