I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China! Strong mutually beneficial contacts have been established between the universities of our two countries. In 2017, the Confucius Institute was established at Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. Since then, our educational relations have been further strengthened. Our collaboration is marked by numerous examples of sincere friendship and fruitful joint efforts. I am confident that many more projects lie ahead for the benefit of strengthening our good partnership. I wish the people of China prosperity, peace, and flourishing!
