On October 8, a meeting of the competition commission was held to form a promising personnel reserve from among students and master's students of the educational institution “Gomel State University named after Francis Skorina” for the 2025/2026 academic year. The commission was headed by Dmitry Khodanovich, Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work.
The commission included Mikhail Bardashevich, head of the department for ideological and educational work, Oksana Zaitseva, head of the personnel department, Sergei Azavchikov, chairman of the trade union organization, deputy deans for ideological and educational work of all faculties, and representatives of the teaching staff.
The meeting was attended by Natalya Svezh, chief specialist of the organizational work department of the main department of organizational and personnel work of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, and Yanina Lobova, chief specialist of the organizational and personnel work department of the Central District Administration.
During the meeting, the applications of all candidates were reviewed. These are 20 talented and motivated young people with leadership qualities who are involved in scientific and social activities.
Each participant was given the opportunity to talk about themselves and convince the commission members of their strong personal motivation.
