Mobility of lecturers and students, training and professional development of teachers, disciplinary procedures at the educational establishments, judicial control of personnel evaluation in the field of education, inclusive education, data protection, transparency and access to information in the field of education - this is not a complete list of the problems that were addressed during the methodological seminar on the program for the implementation of the EduLAW International Project “Development of educational modules on the right for pedagogical areas of training as a contribution to the formation of an education system based on the protection of the rights of participants in the educational process."
The event was organized in Moscow on November 5 – 10, 2018. The lecturers of the Faculty of psychology and pedagogy and the Law faculty delivered presentations and took part in discussion of reports of their colleagues, participated in the work meetings with the representatives of Moscow State University and Kutafin Moscow State Law University. Practical stages aiming at the development of cooperation between higher education establishments were discussed at the meeting, as well as implementation of academic and methodological support to the academic process.
