Heritage of the Slavic enlighteners Cyril and Methodius

International scientific symposium devoted to the cultural and spiritual heritage of the Slavic enlighteners Cyril and Methodius was held in Poland on February 13 – 15, 2019. Representatives from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus discussed various aspects of Cyril and Methodius tradition and its meaning for the modern Europe. Sergei Veremeyev, associate professor of the Department of history of the Slavic people and special historic disciplines, took part in this event, visited on of the most prominent universities of Poland – the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) and the Center of scientific research of Ss. Cyril and Methodius.
