The first scientific and technical fair of young talents Yuqi Jinqiu was held in Usi city. The large-scale event brought together experts and scientists from major research institutes. Among the invited guests is Aleksandr Rogachev, Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Educational Institution "Francisk Skorina Gomel State University", corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor, Honorary Citizen of the city of Usi.
Due to the difficult epidemiological situation, Alexandr Rogachev could not personally attend the grand scientific event, but addressed the fair participants in the format of a video message. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to the administration, colleagues and residents of the city of Usi for their appreciation of his work and awarding the title of Honorary Citizen of the city of Usi, and also wished success and new discoveries to young scientists. Alexander stressed that distance is not an obstacle for international scientific cooperation.
