Current issues of development of pre-trial procedure at criminal trials were discussed at the 1st International scientific and practical conference devoted to the 7th anniversary of the Republic of Belarus Investigative committee establishment.
According to the vice-chairman of the Investigative committee Sergei Azemsha, the opinion exchange of the current theoretical problems in the criminal trial process on the stage of preliminary investigation would interest a wide range of specialists.
As Rector of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Sergei Khakhomov stated, the conference would be useful to symbiosis of the scholars and experts, developing qualification of the lecturers, quality of the educational process and increase in the practice-oriented approach in the sector of training of the lawyers to be.
