On December 31, Alexander Lukashenko signed an order, upholding a decision of the Council of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted pupils and students on the allocation of funds from the republican budget at the expense of the reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the promotion of gifted students.
Scholarships and financial assistance will be granted to the pupils and students ho has achieved success in academic and research activities and professional proficiency. Student of the Faculty of physics and information technologies Alexander Kovalyov, winner of the 3rd Republican contest of professional skills WorldSkills Belarus-2018 in the competence “network and system administration”.
